Here's Another Time Waster Daily

check these out for some more timewasters.

Side Note That Doesn't Really Matter

So last night I had the best dream ever, mostly because Paul Walker was in it walking around in his swim trunks, mmmmm isn't it glorious? Wow. That's all I can really say is Wow. I know it's super nerdy, but I've had the biggest crush on Paul Walker since I was a single digit age.Oh that fateful day. But anyways this dream of mine was pretty weird. all inanimate objects were converging on one spot and would severly harm you or kill you if you were in the way. What I never understood is why we never just stepped out of the way. Why did we always try to block it with MORE inanimate objects? I don't know, that picture is really distracting... but there was a safe place they couldn't get into and everyone well, everyone you would expect to see in a movie where beautiful people die, was having a party, and of course it wasn't a regular party, it was a beach party, cause that's where it always happens right? There's a girl there who is a REAL brat to everyone and she keeps hitting on him, I mean honestly could you help yourself from NOT hitting on him? HELLO???? Anyways, so I insult her and I have a really bad habit of swearing like a sailor in my dreams, either that or I get really violent. Latent hostility I guess, and she's so stupid she laughs and thinks it's a joke then when she realizes it's a honest to goodness insult, she gets all huffy, like girls who are brats do, walks out of the safe zone and gets killed or maimed by a horde of inanimate cupboard doors or something like that, I don't know I wasn't paying attetion because Paul Walker was in his swimming trunks. Then the baby woke me up and reminded me I have a real life with a wonderful (and equally sexy) husband and that I should really learn to control myself. But secretly, I enjoyed every minute of it.

Schmidt Family Staycation '09

We actually finished our family staycation on Sunday, but I'm a little slow on the posting lately. The staycation has formed merely from the fact is that everyone is too poor to go anywhere, but my mom wants everyone to be able to be together for a vacation. Ideally she would like to take us somewhere, but because of the while poor issue, she's in the same boat everybody else is. Nevertheless, it's always a lot of fun... at least it has been the last two years we've done it. I was stupid and didn't take any pictures of our family togetherness for this year, but Dorthy did so I'll have to hound her for those and get them up. Summer is slowly coming to a close, with Sarah back in school fall smells closer than ever. Which is pretty darn exciting... I love fall. Don't get me wrong, I love summer too, but not like I love spring and fall. Anyways for our staycation, we all went and stayed at my parents house, I know crazy because we're slowly getting bigger and bigger in the family department and my parents house seems to be increasingly getting smaller and smaller. But we all spent Friday night through Sunday afternoon at my parents house swimming and eating and playing games and having fun. Well, most of us had fun, I'm not so sure about my dad, he kinda needs his space, aka, his room with his tv, aka the living room couch. Anyways, we all stayed there and we ahd a lot of fun.

Nothing New on This End.

So nothing new has happened to us since the baby got blessed. We went to my Grandpa Schmidt's 85th birthday party last weekend (I think) and all I could think was "Man 85 is really OLD. I guess that's what happens when you age. Anyways, I thought I should promote some of my favorite pastimes for all you bored, people who have nothing better than to read my blog all the time.
www.cakewrecks.blogspot.com is always good for a lugh out loud time. I mean laugh out REALLY loud because it's pretty much showcasing how dumb people can be and who doesn't enjoy a chuckle about that?
and there's a blog that showcases people who wear Fanny packs, usually the wrong way but isn't wearing a fanny pack wrong anyway? Anyway, anyone who could let me know what that site is, if they know what I'm talking about, I would like to waste some time laughing at those people.
That's pretty much it.

Riley's Blessing August 2nd, 2009

Riley was blessed in our sacrament meeting today by her Dad (who cried, I know precious right?) We had to limit the amount of people we invited to stand in the circle to bless her because we both have such big families, I don't think there would have been any room for the baby!! My mom made this dress for her in a little under 3 hours. She's amazing. (I did help I sewed on the buttons and the little flower on the front, That's why they don't really look as nice as the rest of the dress.:))

So tired. Tim was so glad she didn't cry at all during the blessing.
Our angel.. Awwww I'm so proud of myself, she's so cute.
Our little family. On behalf of everyone in it, I would like to publically (to the people who actually read my blog) thank everyone's love and support and for those who were able to make it today and for those who thought about coming, THANK YOU.
