2010 A Year in Review

As the old year passes and a new year is rung in, it's time to look back at all the fun we've had over the past year and look forward to even more fun in the year to come. As I go through what big things happened to me this last year I invite you to look back at the milestones in your last year and pat yourself on the back for making through another one, because in all reality it's not easy. So let's get going. LAST January...

We started the year out like this:

In February:
We got to see Charles come home from his mission:

We moved into our own apartment for the first time:

As you can see we were excited to be there.

In March and April we didn't really do much, but have a good time, and get bigger:

We found out Riley would be getting a little sister,

Boy was she excited

All I can imagine here is a caption saying "WTF?!?!"

In May Tim and I celebrated being married for two years, not only did we celebrate we were in awe we made it that long.

June wasn't a huge deal, except in was HOT HOT HOT

But it didn't dampen our ability to cheese for pictures.

Well... maybe a little

In July our Roo turned one! and even now she looks so different from July it's hard to believe she was small at one point.

the rest of the summer flew by in a flash with the normal festivities.
Dustin and Mercedes made their family eternal in the Salt Lake Temple in August.

And yes I do have better pictures of them rather than this one, but I'm still working on them, deal with it.
We sent Justin to Washington on his mission:

Summer ended and fall started without telling anyone, Riley didn't seem to mind

We had a blast at Halloween:

and with that, the holiday season got rolling and went off without a hitch. Thanksgiving came and went:

and finally the big day came when we got to meet our new little sweetheart, Bridget

and we still can't get enough of her.

Christmas was lovely, but since I just posted pictures of that like three days ago, I'm not going to post them again.
Yesterday we blessed Bridget in our sacrament meeting and it was very nice to be able to have our families there. And we learned a good lesson

Smile

Smile

And KEEP smiling even though it may not seem possible

Before I get; "Well WE weren't invited." Let me explain.
Mindy was in town for Christmas and to be honest I wasn't too keen on blessing Bridget so soon after she was born in the middle of cold and flu season, but since I don't really have a choice being married to Tim and all, we went ahead with it kind of last minute so it was just our families. As it would have been nice to have our huge extended families all there, I'm afraid our ward wouldn't know what to do when the size of the ward quadrupled for one Sunday. (Srsly, our ward is small enough it might become a branch some day.) It's been a wonderful year and this coming year Tim and I are looking forward to raising our family, going to work and school, that's right we're starting up going to school again, and hopefully getting somewhere with it. JOY! Anyways, That's all for this year! Hope your new year is everything you hope it would be, cause if it's not then you only have yourself to blame for it!:) Happy New Year (3 days late)
